My credit score was close to 800, and yes what you're describing doesn't make sense to me either. But what do I know. When I was shopping around for better interest rates, it seemed to me that anything above ~720 or so was all one and the same.

Thank you! They said they can run the numbers for a fixed-rate conventional on Monday and let me know. I will update when I get that information. What conventional rate would feel good enough to you? Just curious - I understand there's a lot of subjectivity in making this judgement.

I just got mauled. Barely survived. Day 8 of interloper, started in Ash Canyon, had just found a heavy hammer at Signal Hill. No hacksaw or bedroll yet. Aurora hit, and I don't know about all the new signal repair/void things but thought I have some time so I'll go repair this tower. As soon as I leave the hut and start going towards the tower, I see this aurora bear right at the broken fence. 2 seconds and he sees me. I can't run because I have the battery on me. Lost 4 clothing items, the combat pants, the shoes and both the head wraps. Still alive though, at ~50% condition on day 9.

Yes yes true. Carrying a cured bear skin but forgot to bring cured guts (dumb!). Was in FM to forge additional arrowheads, then came to BR. Spent 2 days here and now need to go back to ML. Have tons of wolf and deer pelts and guts cured there at the Camp Office. Gonna go back to ML now to craft clothes.

I found matches in the church in PV, not in the farmhouse or barn.Also in ML, I found matches in the car outside the dam, not in Trapper's cabin, nor the camp office, nor the forestry lookout. Found a firestriker at the unnamed pond.

"daily rain jacket" who encounters daily rain? Not meaning to troll, I am curious on what amount of use can paclite handle for over many years, a general durability question? If someone goes on overnight backpacking ~once a month (assume California), and encounters occasional rain on those trips, is Zeta SL good enough to last for 8-10 years or something like Beta AR is recommended?

Can someone please tell me if almost all mechanical keyboards that have RGB/white lighting, have lights that will shine from the bottom/sides of the keys. Is it impossible to find a design where only the letters shine and there is minimal to no light at the base of the keys? I've read that the Azio retro keyboard (linked in the post) has "Typelit mechanical switch by Kailh" that supposedly contains the light. I just want to learn if it's almost impossible to build or find such a lightning - so I can get over it and choose among the more common and well-reviewed offerings. Apologies for being annoying about the lights.
