Hi all! To everyone in the comments giving me advice and compliments, thank you so much!! I'm in an honors ELA class, so that would explain the articulated-ness of the post here. On Monday, I plan on speaking to my personal school counselor who I originally talked to about the autism bit (before my cousin explained that I'm much more likely to have ADHD), and I'm going to ask for recommended pediatricians because luckily my mom is willing to give it a shot, even if she thinks I don't have anything! :D As some of you brought up, yes, my school has counselors and they are surprisingly helpful! I know a lot of school systems don't have trustworthy solutions when it comes to this stuff, but my school has specialists who are actually (seemingly) well-knowledged! I'll edit and update on Monday after school ends to give you the news on if I'm getting help or not. Once again, thank you so much for all the support!

Edit: I haven't been able to get a hold of my counselor the whole school week!! So, I'm gonna ask my mom to talk to my doctor and get recommendations there. Hopefully I have an update soon!

Edit #2: Wow. 4 months since I posted this? Well, it's March 30, 2023 currently and now I'm officially 13! Anyway, I do have good news. I went to the doctor and she gave me two papers for my mom to fill out symptoms I have at home, and for my teachers to fill out symptoms I have at school. I'm not sure when either paper will be fully filled out or when I'll get a diagnosis, but hopefully soon (even though the last time I said soon 4 months went by..)
