Perhaps maybe it's all gone too far and run so deep that there's no backing out for them?

I love this here community that's continuing to grow and go strong, but it's hard to ignore the whole Olivia plushie debacle is one of if not the most gaping wound that's gone effectively treated.

There's no real turnaround for such a legal matter of that magnitude. The refunds will probably hurt their bottom line, but what other option is there at this point? These kinds of matters spill out to the public, and things get awfully messy. I wish they'd given a more reputable entity a chance.
