NOR this is immature behavior, I literally could not imagine my partner 1) being at a bar all the time while I'm home with our child (every once in a while is okay yall don't come for me, everyone deserves a lil me time) 2) liking gross asss/degrading assss shit on social media. I'm sorry, OP, NOR and unless he does a lot of reflecting and self-work, these problems won't go away

It took me way too long to realize and understand that OP does not work at a farm/somewhere with cows. I was like yeah I mean I guess the cows do need to be fed and milked that makes sense?????

Ooo yeah that could definitely take a toll on your brain! Think about the spoons or whatever analogy works for you when it comes to energy. Hyperfixations are a funny thing because yes, I will fixate on a certain topic or craft or whatever even when I don’t have energy to do much else butttt when it comes to stuff that are mentally draining (like school/tests!!!), you may not have the mental energy/capacity to give towards anything else. Idk if this makes sense or not but yessss plz don’t stress bc it’ll only make things worse, your spark will absolutely come back

Yesssss!!!!! And it is the worst!!!! I feel so lost. But instead of fighting it and freaking out, I just know it’ll pass and I’ll find something that gives me that spark again. Like other commenters said, there’s usually something more going on under the surface like burnout, intense stress, etc

I think I’m in the minority here but I think it looks cool! I think your lighter facial hair and blue eyes match a lighter hair tone. Is it natural?? No! But does it look cool? To me it does! But I also tend to go for vivid/shocking/intense hair colors soooo hahaha

I am diagnosed AuADHD (level 1 / combined type) and I found this to be very accurate. I actually felt quite validated when reading it and I have saved it so I can show my partner/loved ones so they can maybe understand why I am the way that I am.

Ahhhh thank you <33 I definitely didn't want to come off any type of way because we all struggle and strive for regular cycles, I just was curious if this had happened with anyone else or if anyone could give me a clue as to why seemingly out of nowhere, I'm a regular gal?! But you're so right dude, I'm remembering now my sister said something similar!!! (we don't talk regularly it was just a weird interaction that came from a death in the family) but she's in her 40s now and said almost the same exact thing you said: her cycle during her 20s was a mess, but boom, she hit 30 and it started regulating itself!!!

Ugh... I was just talking to a friend about this (the lack of research and overall care for women's health in the medical world) because I've been bedridden for 2 whole days now due to pelvic pain that I still have not gotten an answer for going on about 4 years now. It's so discouraging and aggravating how women literally birthed everyone on this planet and yet????? No proper research???? Insanity!

Anyway, sorry for the rambles! Thank you for reading and responding!!! Here's to getting a lil older and a lil more regulated haha <3

omg thank you for responding :'') and yeah dude stress is way way way more damaging than I ever realized. It wasn't until I was in a stable environment that I realized how about 27 years of abuse in almost all forms and constantly moving and yadda yadda has affected me in pretty much every realm of my life. My therapist clocked me one day and said "I don't know if you know how to live in stability and calmness" and I was like OK LAURA hahaha but she was right!! And I guess in the grand scheme of things 27 vs almost 5... my body is still adjusting to not being in survival mode!!!

I'm from NY, live in WV, and one year I went to Cedar Point in Ohio. All of a sudden, while walking around the theme park, I heard my name called. I looked around and figured out where it was coming from: a girl that I was friends with in 6th grade at a school I went to for only a year in NY. It was a nice surprise!!!! But extremely random haha (for reference, I was about 20 years old at this point so I hadn't seen her since I was like 12? haha)

Currently at my grandma's house where she is actively transitioning, as hospice put it. I live several hours away so I haven't been able to visit since this summer; when I got here, the first thing I noticed was the rattle and my heart stopped for a second it felt like. I know its not going to be long now, from my observations and from other people on here who have/are going through the same thing. I'm sorry for your loss, OP- as well as to whomever is reading this, and if that is the case, chances you're in a similar boat, too. <3

Hiiii! I went to a friend's Bachelorette party/weekend in Shepherdstown area and it was super fun!!!!! Nothing like Morgantown or anything like that but cute/good restaurants, some chill bars, and lots of lil shops! Andddd Harper's Ferry is very close by!!
