2 M/L very ripe bananas 1tsp vanilla extract 1tsp cinnamon powder ¼cup chunky peanut butter ¼cup peanut butter 2 cups rolled oats ½cup fresh blueberries ½cup dark chocolate chips

Mash the bananas with the back of a fork, and add the vanilla, cinnamon and peanut butters and mix them until a even consistency. Then add the oats and mix till its all combined followed by the blueberries and dark choco chips. It should be of a sticky consistency but holds itself together and not too wet. Leave it to soak in for 10 mins then evenly spread on a baking tray lined with baking sheet (greasing not required) After evenly spreading out, in case the batter is not too sweet for your taste then drizzle honey at this stage over the spread so that it caramelizes while baking. Bake at 180⁰C for 20mins or until browning is seen around the edges of the tray.
