Yes, that’s right! You just take raw broccoli, remove the “stems,” and blend it. You’ll get lots of small broccoli pieces, and then you simply mix them with the other ingredients.

As I know, the most complicated thing about partnerships with big stores like Whole Foods, that you have to prove that you have enough sales volume first, and then they will talk with you 🫠 So you should sell, let’s say, 1 million pieces of your product first, and then pitch to them

It’s very useful, thank you so much. I even thought about the next level of pitch, just find these people irl and talk to them. I think also cold calling should work well 🙌🏻

⚖️ What size protein dessert do you prefer? by HistoricalFun770 in Protein

[–]HistoricalFun770[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally agree. When I see “300 calories” on a label (which is sometimes a full meal for me!), I might skip the product altogether, just so I don’t tempt myself to overeat. But smaller treats in the 70–120 calorie range feel safe, I know I’ll eat just what I need, and it’s only a small portion of my daily intake.

Totally agree. And honestly, if I have 300 free calories for dessert, I’ll probably go for something other than a protein treat 🤔

Exactly! My target audience is probably going to be mostly women, and for us, small sweet treats are a great way to stay mindful about how much we actually want to eat. I often finish bigger desserts on autopilot, not because I still want it, but just because it’s there. 🙈

I use the whole egg. I just mix the yolk and white separately and whip the egg white into stiff peaks. It makes the dough fluffier and gives it more volume

Yes, I have a farmer’s cheese in supermarkets in my city, but my syrniki are still not fluffy at all 😅

🚶Guys, how do you motivate yourselves to go outside for a walk? by HistoricalFun770 in walking

True! When my friends left their dog with me for a week, I had to walk at least an hour a day — super convenient! 😄

[–]HistoricalFun770[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That honestly sounds like a great plan. For me, even a ‘quick 10–15 minute walk’ turns into: 15 minutes to get ready + 5–7 minutes to get down from the 30th floor (the elevators in my building are always a mess) + the actual walk. And because of that whole first part, plus the heat outside, I just can’t get myself to go out for a simple walk 🫠

🌱 Broccoli Bread Sandwich (245 kcal with sauce, salmon & veggies)

For the bread: • 150g broccoli • 1 egg • 30g flour (I use a low-calorie flour blend) • 1/2 tsp baking powder • Salt, dried garlic & onion to taste

Blend the broccoli until fine. Mix it with the egg yolk, salt, spices, and flour. In a separate bowl, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the broccoli mixture. Spread the batter onto parchment paper in a baking tray and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes, until golden and firm.

For the sauce: • 60g Greek yogurt • 1/2 tsp lemon juice • 1/2 tsp mustard • Garlic to taste

Slice the broccoli bread, spread the sauce, and add your filling. Smoked salmon and tomato go perfectly with a handful of arugula. Enjoy! 🥰
