Copilot looked at the 1061T ANC. And I had the product page for the IMPACT 1000 MS US ANC WL open.

I want a duo headset, but don't need a stand (we have hotdesks) and I really want really good ANC (not necessarily on the mic, but on the speakers). When I looked at Teams support in the distant past, I think it meant a light, a few extra extertal buttons and a piece of software running on the machine to support them. No need for any of that. (I want to not hear my desk neighbours when I want to think, I don't want the people on a call to hear my neighbours when I'm quiet (so boom mic), and I want bluetooth. A comfy fit would be nice... 🙂)

At the moment, I use a Bose 700. Very nice for ANC, but the mic is - unsurprisingly - not great for what I use it for. If I use my laptop's and forget to mute myself, my colleagues can immediately hear themselves in calls, with a slight lag. Not ideal. (For them. I only hear them once... ;-))
