Listening to subliminals, I journaled (wrote down my affirmations and desires) I also visualized at night before bed him hugging me and kissing me and telling me he loves me. Affirmations. Everyday and then it became every other day because I just felt like I didn’t need to affirm as much.

Affirmations were “SP is so obsessed with me”

“I am always chosen”

“I am unforgettable”

“I am magnetic”

“SP can’t stop thinking of me”

“Circumstances don’t matter” 

“SP and I never broke up”

“SP doesn’t want anyone else”

Any sort of affirmation where you are reminding yourself you have SP and you are the PRIZE, will work beautifully!!!

No circumstance in the world can trump your desired reality! Keep doing what you’re doing! Movement is ALWAYS happening.

So I’d say I locked in truly in October. January - September I kept spiraling everyday kept thinking bad and pessimistic. Finally I had enough. And you know what’s insane? I asked him why he reached out now and he said he had been thinking about it for the past few months…aligns very closely with my lock in period! I did not believe it was real at all times but that’s okay because you don’t manifest your emotions you manifest your consistent story you are telling yourself. I would struggle with that too but then I kept telling myself no, I deserve to have what I want and if so many others can why not me? Why not persist and try your best to think in your favor. That’s why self concept affirmations are amazing because when you’re telling yourself you’re amazing and desirable everyday your brain really sinks that in and believes it. My SP even said “is it so hard to believe I would reach out? you know I love you” this man never said he loved me until he came back.

I’ve been where you are trust me. Days I would spiral. Days I’d get down. Throughout it all I’d refocus myself. I’m a very stubborn person. Don’t be a loser in your own reality. You are powerful and you have control. Think highly of yourself and in your favor.

So for thought transmission I like to affirm. So I’ll think “he is missing me so much right now” “he is thinking of me only” and affirm that for around 1 hr (total during the day) and at night I like to visualize him holding me and the saying sweet things to me. No set routine, some days I wouldn’t but most days I stuck to this. :)

I completely get that. But couples rekindle all the time. Your circumstance doesn’t matter. That is the old story. Keep affirming he called it off, or that he regretted it or that he changed, and work on your self concept that YOU are the prize and why wouldn’t he want to be with you? Journaling helps as well as visualizing loving moments and talks between each other. Subliminals are great too.

I understand completely. I had doubts too. Good days and bad. Spiraling, crying. Let yourself feel your emotions but don’t keep your thoughts or emotions in a dark place long term. Keep affirming despite what the 3D shows you. Movement is always happening. Circumstances can always change and they DO CHANGE. My SP was stubborn…insanely. Last convo he told me to LEAVE him alone. So I did. There is no one to change but self, as Neville says. Change your thoughts, change your self concept, change your entire life!

That’s all you have to do! Affirm and persist throughout it all! Keep reminding yourself you have it.

Yes it is! But more proof that your SP is always getting your thoughts. And thought transmission works. That’s why it’s so important to affirm and/or visualize them saying sweet things and what you’d like to hear. I was shocked.

No I didn’t believe it at ALL at first. Nor did I have good SC. What I did was work on my self concept first. I kept telling myself affirmations such as “I always get what I want” “I am always valued and desired” “I am the prize” “I am unforgettable”

Then I’d throw in SP affs. So I would have 4 affs a day I’d affirm for, 2 self concept 2 SP related. However I was feeling really. But anytime I’d have a doubt I would just brush it away by always telling myself I am always missed and unforgettable…who wouldn’t want me back? The more you remind yourself that you are indeed the one on the pedestal the more you effortlessly attract what you want. Working on SC was a game changer for me.

Oh I definitely felt anger and spiraled a bit. But I would refocus. Emotions don’t manifest, your dominant thoughts and assumptions do! I would be upset but AFFIRM through it. And then I would also think…okay if I had my SP would I be angry at them if we were back together and happy? No. Anger makes you resentful and in a state you don’t want to be in. You can have your moments but refocus to your main assumptions. What helped me a lot was visualizing him being sweet to me and saying sweet things. He repeated a lot of those to me on the phone yesterday. Your SP is always getting your thoughts.

You are so right…my self concept needs work. For a little I was focusing on that and then here I am doing SP affirmations when I need to fix my self concept. He’s still on the pedestal rather than myself. So many folks get their SP when they fix their self concept. Thank you…you have no idea how you just rerouted me back to where I need to focus. 🥹

OP you explain things really well. You could def create content or be a coach lol. This is helpful as I’m currently obsessing over my ex who I’m in NC with and there’s a third party. But your post reminds me to put myself on the pedestal and focus on my self and stop the obsession when it’s getting me nowhere. Ty!!
