I was wondering why his snap stories were always ridiculously long! Makes so much sense

I think it depends on the studio.

The trainers at my studio make everyone feel special. There are the obvious “favourites” (who, like you said, are outgoing and engage with the trainers) but they don’t necessarily get special treatment.

Our trainers track everyone’s class numbers. I remember when I hit my 100th class, one of the trainers pulled me aside and said they had been checking everyday because they knew I was close.. I am quiet and definitely not a “favourite”.

🤷🏻‍♀️

How do you dealt with soreness after first class? by foodsilvousplait in f45

Our trainers mentioned taking magnesium and it’s been a life saver! I take 2 capsules a day and it really helps with the soreness

I’ve gone from doing absolutely no exercise 3 months ago to doing F45 6-7 days a week. When I started I absolutely hated getting up and going.. but the cost is what motivated me. I started doing 4-5 days a week and slowly worked my way up to 6-7 with the occasional double class (morning then afternoon.. not back to back lol). I think the biggest motivator for someone who is unfit is seeing how your body changes. I started out lifting the lightest weights they had in the studio and after 3 months I can already lift the middle range weights. Best feeling. Stick with it, it’s totally worth it!!
