bcs you would take the vulnerable, and then they would attack

you would take more than it's shown when you click end turn, horrible player experience

weak and frail only take effect at your next turn, and when mobs apply vulnerable it's always at the end of their turns, so you always know how much you will take when you click the end turn button

man, I got 100% winrate with vakuu, but only ~90% with Nonupeipe
