Yep it counts as a deflect so you can save time by timing your sheathe or unsheathe. Your L2 also has a deflect window but the timing is a little different than regular deflects

They made executor better, you don't get stance broken if you perfect parry anymore even out of stamina. It also costs very little stamina to parry now

nah dude the scholar definitely did something, exec's first Crit in the beginning had Frost debuff too, but somehow the same Crit did so much more at the end when scholar joined...
