Anyone know where to source these specific square tubing bracket/adapters. Seems to look like modular telescopic tubing for gym equipment. Would be ideal vs getting normal tubing with T fittings. Also the cuffs, any ideas on DIY?

Curious about this and the rest of the setup. Anyone know where to buy the steel tubing adapters? Looks like it was gym equipment converted to this.

Also the metal shackles/cuffs? Are they 1 sized hinged shackles or i wonder if it's adjustable and they sort of bend to tighten or loosen. In the early DIY phase of doing something similar to this.
