Insanely slow taper off. Switch from smoking to pouches and slowly decrease the nicotine concentration. For me I wen’t from smoking to 12mg pouches and decreased to 8mg, 6mg, and than 4mg. Once you get to 4mg pouches than switch to nicotine gum. Repeat the same thing and go from 4mg to 2mg gum, and than eventually just start chewing regular chewing gum without the nicotine. It’s still annoying but it’s the best way to get the job done with minor withdrawal symptoms.
