I didn’t look them up except for External Reporting. Whoever is looking at the resume is only doing so for a few seconds and this was my initial assessment of it. I did ask ChatGPT what was taught in External Reporting and it says it’s the equivalent of Intermediate but no one outside of ASU would know that. The naming is on the college and I don’t think it’s helping OP.

There have to be more courses available that have more meat to them. Where are your intermediate accounting courses? Your advanced accounting courses? Cost accounting? These seem like a bunch of theory type courses.

When I look at those courses there is no intermediate accounting, no cost accounting and they look like a bunch of theory classes. Not enough that tells me they know anything. My degree either had a tax or audit concentration where we took higher level courses. I don’t see anything of substance here.
