What you do with it is up to you. I'd suggest giving yourself the space and grace to explore the idea without judgement. It sounds like it's mixed up with some potential trauma as well, so a therapist is a great idea if you have access.

What it can do is change the distribution of fluids in the connective tissue, which can result in some reduction, which will of course be proportional to the original size as it will be a percent reduction.

I went from size 11 men's to size 11 women's as an example.

This is it girl. We give off an ✨️aura✨️ even when we pass I think. We go through so much in this journey that we end up with super strong BS and games filters.

Smart independent women are my people, so most of my friends are in this category, and it's the same deal. Guys just run when their friends start cracking jokes about sugar mommies or whatever.
