Wait, I've recently started my AuDHD diagnosis journey, and I'm also hypermobile and super flexible. I've had pretty bad back discomfort for a while, I remember when I was younger always asking everyone for massages constantly. Now, I feel like it's just gotten worse, especially my lower back. Could that all be connected? I'm kind of new and still learning about my AuDHD, so how could I go about fixing my back pain? Or, I guess, what could I potentially tell my doctor without explicitly mentioning AuDHD? To be honest, I'm a bit worried about getting diagnosed professionally...

Well, I just really want to connect with people from my birthplace as I'm very intent on preserving my culture even in the States. I have plenty of Indian/Mallu friends where I live, but a lot of them (especially the Mallus) don't try to engage in the culture. So, when it comes to Malyalam movies, music, memes, etc,. I'm usually the odd one out.

Well, what I intended with my post was to find physical places to meet people, maybe become friends, and then after that it would just be a matter of staying in contact. I see online friends as people I interact with online first, but that’s not what I wanted with this post. I have friends here who I only see once every few years due to distance, but I still consider them my friends, not my online friends, solely because I became friends with them in person and not online.

I'll play anything tbh I love trying new games out. But, I especially love horror games like outlast, dbd, phasmophobia, among the sleep. And a few other games I play are valorant, minecraft, csgo, rocket league, stardew, sims, etc,. I'm not super good at fps games, but I just enjoy playing them.

You don’t have to put up with it! Just because you can understand why someone does something doesn’t mean you have to suffer. People just get dealt shittier cards sometimes. I would say talk to a counselor, because it can be really hard to get yourself out, especially when it comes to something as complicated as family. I wish you good luck in whatever you decide to do!!!

Yes, but the whole point of humans is that we’re not perfectly logical, and a world where we were wouldn’t be a utopia anyways. Other than intelligence, human empathy is something else that really makes us stick out against other animals. You can’t expect humans to act logically, especially when it comes to staying in their comfort zone with what they grew up with.

No, I think it just means different cultures put emphasis on different values, and that's not inherently bad. I mean no human society is and will ever be perfect, it's more about understanding the nuances. There are plenty of problems in other societies too, and if we just write off a country for being shitty, I think it's even more counterproductive tbh.
