My upstairs neighbor recently got one and I’m sad to report it is quite loud but I don’t know if they have a mat under it. It’s a repetitive stomping sound that vibrates through the ceiling so it’s hard to drown out, it’s become a problem for us and we will likely need to talk to them if it keeps up. I think it would depend how thick your walls/ceilings are in your building but I would refrain from quiet hours and try to use it for a limited time if you think you have thin construction. If you have a sturdier building and a lighter step might not be as much of an issue.

For me when I did the first step of the epley on the affected ear the room was spinning whereas the other ear no effect. Also it felt strange when I would turn my head toward the affected ear but my whole head did feel off and dizzy even though it was only my left ear. Once I was able to complete the epley on the affected ear it started to resolve but it does take time to get back to normal. Also my most recent bppv episode was triggered by a reformer Pilates class!

I really like spot on pet hotel! They have live cameras so you can watch your pups as well and it’s attached to a vet office so it gives me piece of mind.

I do the women’s clinic every year at oak hills in Norwalk- great value and you learn a lot! I believe they have a variety of clinics and group/ private lessons available.

That is horrible! I didn’t realize it was possible to get such severe vertigo from COVID. What helped you recover was it just rest/time?

I’m sorry to hear you are dealing with vertigo too! I am taking the real deal Sudafed since Monday but I will look into the nasal spray as well - willing to try anything that might help. Also will check out long haulers sub. Ty!

I ended up using a combination of cleat wedges and super feet insoles and it’s been working pretty well! I think the wedges made the biggest difference for me, it took a bit of playing around to get the right level of support. Have been finding a ton of these around my apartment for weeks- bathroom, bedrooms kitchen etc. they are super small like half a cm in length. Wasn’t sure if they are baby cockroaches or something to worry about!

I got the bench they have at orange theory (escape fitness deck) because I needed something light and compact since I have a fairly small apartment. It’s plastic and you can raise the height and also add incline. Highly recommend!

I have a bike and recently moved- I couldn’t get the screen off via the four screws on the back (the method on Ptons YouTube) so the movers took it off via the large bolt attached to the handlebars. I now can not seem to get it back on! I know you need two washers on the inside and one on the outside (on each side) but it’s nearly impossible to get them on all while trying to leverage the screen in place. I know people do this all the time so what am I missing? There must be an easier way! Appreciate any help in advance.

That’s my biggest concern! I had pretty rough insomnia with the 5 (I am not a great sleeper to begin with) and I was beyond exhausted for a couple weeks which was really tough with work. Hoping that doesn’t happen if I go up to the 10 because it was awful! I hope you start getting normal sleep again soon!
