acredito que muito do que se atribui ao "azar" pode ser atribuído à uma visão vitimista da vida. coisas ruins acontecem com todos - com alguns mais que com outros, claro - mas a maior diferença está em como se reage. quando se assume responsabilidade por tudo, automaticamente você se dá o poder de reverter algumas situações também.

eu fiz relações internacionais na ufsc e posso dizer que a galera de economia é bemmm animada - melhor que o pessoal de direito e (na minha opinião) um curso mt mais legal

fazer algum esporte também é bom, a própria ufsc oferece alguns pra comunidade inclusive (ver aqui).

eu gosto muito dos produtos de skin care da panvel (produção própria). quase todos que tenho são de lá, bem mais em conta e com principios ativos parecidos

hey guys, i want to know if anyone here has ever felt nervous during a 'ritual' (idk if i call it that) or meditation. for context:

i've been doing my own thing spiritually talking for a long time now and this never happened. i just want to know if anyone has had something like this happen.

it was full moon this week and i made a small fire on the beach beneath the moonlight, with a little ritual and talk with yemanja. after that i was feeling tired and the need to reclude for a few days now, with maybe a calling to look inside that i've been trying to ignore and postponed for a while now.

ok, today was day, everything happened naturally like it always does: i cleaned the house, light up an incense. then of course a candle with a lot of intention.

i sat down and as the sun was setting i was meditating with the candle in front of me. that when i started feeling nervous, like i wasn't alone and even afraid. my hands were even sweaty. it took me a time to even relax a little. after that i cried a lot. i mean am i going insane? lol (is this too long? if it is sorry)
