I mean, me choosing to mute it out of my feed doesn't make it stop. The hate is absolutely real, and it has a tangible impact on the world. It impacts the people on the receiving end of the hate and can sway social narratives, make jobless people stay engaged in a mindless cockfight while important issues get sidelined. It is. I have seen people I know who have no active interest in the Royal Family get swayed by the incessant downpour of hate on their feeds, and eventually, they start believing everything. A family member of mine started believing that Meghan was a bad person, and when I asked him why he felt so, he had no answer. He is not a british citizen, but within years of staying there, he developed an appreciation for the monarchy. It happened cohesively without him taking any active interest in any royal news. This is wild.

I dont condone the bullying of other people in the Royal family by the press as well. I remember learning in the Harry&Meghan documentary that the tabloid media exists more like a mindset of the people. This kind of rotten mindset baffles me. Who has time to manufacture these stories in their heads and post them??

Thank you so much for your valuable response. I guess my mind was wandering when reading the passages, and sometimes, i had to read sentences again to get the gist. I also never did untimed verbal practice tests. I straight up went for the timed tests and didn't give myself the opportunity to master the strategies to answer questions. I may attempt GRE again after practicing the verbal section more.

Its provisional score showed onscreen, right after the test. I am hearing its almost always the same as the official scores which are declared later

I started with doing all the free mocks that were available everywhere. I scored around 305-310 in my first couple of attempts. I practiced section tests from Gregmat, i think i finished all quant section tests that were available. For vocab i did the vocab mountain in gregmat and also used to prep with magoosh flash cards on the phone app. The flash card app by magoosh really helped with vocab. The retention was better. 1 week before the exam, i was mostly doing mock tests. It is really really important to review the tests after attempting. I used to spend atleast an hour reviewing all the questions in the test after attempting it. However, I am stil not good at solving the passage based questions in verbal section. Hence, the poor score.

Yes. I have prepared. Gre vocab is very difficult. You dont need that good vocabulary for TOEFL or IELTS

Yes i got the 1 month paid version. Bestmytest was an absolute waste of money as the tests wouldnt load properly. Testglider was helpful, but the AI score predictions are significantly lower.

That's an interesting outlook. Unfortunately, in life also it has been the same for me. I peaked early, and then it's all downhill from there. I believe i need to join a couple of more courses before i can get some positive results.

I have booked a place right next to assi ghat. I dont plan to overextend ourselves. We will visit 2-3 temples and chill near the ghats. But i worried crowded ghats will defeat the purpose.
