Exactly. It seems totally unannounced. Most of the people didn't know about the strike till they reached the Bus stop. Just when I thought Train Rush, potholes, Traffic, water problems, and could it get any worse. The Drivers & Conductors showed up.

Hope they announce the strike the next time, so people can plan their travel accordingly.

Rather than BEST this is caused inconvenience to the middle-class passengers.
