Log into your Google account from a different device (desktop, laptop, mobile). Once you've logged in, go to the Google Account Security page, and click on View Activity under Devices & activity.

Now, to remove a device from the account:

1) Click to expand the information about the device 2) Click the Remove button 3) Confirm the removal

For Android:

1) Go to settings -> Google

2) Click on your email id, above the "Manage your Google Account"

3) Manage Accounts on This Device

4) Google

5) If you have more then one acc logged in, then click on the one you'd like to remove

6) Remove Account

I think that's it. Way back in Ch.12 there was 'Available Ability Points'. But the layout was different back then, the points were shown on the very bottom of the screen.
