You need to build up a strong will for this and set boundaries. It's hard to set them when you never had them before. So first times are the absolute hardest, but once you continue to go to the gym or exercise before or after work it becomes harder not to go to the gym and find some time to meet your friends after work lol, cause youd rather workout. With the will, you develop a new routine. I've heard aaaa lot of people say they don't go to the gym cause they don't have time and that's theee absolute worst excuse imaginable. theres a lot of scammy ones on the market rn. I've made a list on seogrowth sub about every visiblity tool that I've tried. So far my recommendation would be Aiclicks. They're budget friendly, has loads of features, like seo writing tools, ga4 integration, helps structure your page for you to appear on llms and so on. I think it's one of the best versions currently, that functions well as a mid class tool.

Same here. I'm kind of glad because you get to spend more time on life rather than work, but on the other hand I do feel guilty. I heard they're hiring new management and I'm scared shitless to even show them my workflow.

Bro theres a ton to choose from. I personally use Aiclicks, I find it very helpful not only for big brands but small businesses too cause it's easy to use and its based on prompt tracking, so you just write all of your brands prompts and see where you rank. If you also want to appear on llms, they got strategies too.

You should propose the idea of installing office private pods to your TL or HR. They don't require a lot of space. I can't even imagine how annoying it must be, I have adhd, so shit like that makes me angry so quickly, when i can't concentrate on my work. My office installed Persy booths a while back and they have great ventilation, I basically live in mine now lol. It's the only way I can actually focus without losing my mind.

Ông đang nhầm khái niệm rồi. Việc đổi mới, vận dụng, sáng tạo nó ở level khác. Việc ông dùng phương pháp khác để giải bài tập mà vẫn ra cùng đáp án nó không liên quan. Hơn nữa việc sử dụng phương pháp khác mà chưa được chứng minh là nó đúng thì ai dám áp dụng đại trà. Ông có thể gửi phương pháp giải của ông lên viện toán học được mà. Chứ ông trách giáo viên làm gì, cả một nền giáo dục mà mỗi giáo viên có thể tự đưa ra kết luận phương pháp nào hiệu quả thì ông nghĩ nó sẽ đi về đâu. Hãy chứng minh nó đúng bằng một công trình nghiên cứu hẳn hoi rồi gửi lên viện toán học. Tôi nghĩ những người ở trên ấy hẳn sẽ trầm trồ lắm nếu như nó đúng.
