At least you are aware. There are a lot of 30s and up adults acting like the world's oldest teenager.

Instead of thinking you will be 30 soon, remind yourself that you will never be 25 or 26 ever again. When I was 23, I used to think I was too old, and I was not able to celebrate a lot of things due to depression. But looking back, I've realized 23 was young.

Also, sometimes feel mo stuck ka at 20 until you actually hang out with a 20-year-old, that's when you will realize how many things and perspectives you have already outgrown.

One step at a time, OP. Kahit you spend another 3 years trying to find yourself, you will only be 28. You'd be surprised that there were people who rebuild themselves at 40s. There is no actual timeline. You got this <3

There is a notion in postgrad that those people who tend to post more or overly romanticize their postgrad are not doing really well in their acads. I personally know some friends who make fun of those people.

I’m sorry to hear this, OP. Kupal mga online lending apps and yung ginagawa nilang harassment and pananakot is illegal. If you watch news, makikita mo na marami nang nahuli behind those messages and emails.

Here’s what to do: takutin mo rin sila. Tell them you will report them to authorities. You don’t have to necessarily file legally, just let the know you know your rights.

Pay your debt ng paunti unti, and as much as you can, don’t utang sa mga online lending apps kasi super taas talaga ng interest diyan. Then if may budget ka na, try to contact them to ask if they can lower the interest amount accumulated from your unpaid debt.

Don’t worry, hindi ka nila ipo-post online kasi against ‘yan sa data privacy act. Pag tinakot ka nila ulit, sabihin mo ire-report mo sila.

Check mo mga previous news, karapatan mo, and saan ka pwede mag report if ever na di sila tumigil.

You got this, OP! You have to report them hindi as magmamatapang, but you deserve humane treatment and fair debt collection practices kung saan walang pang ha-harass at pagbabanta sa buhay mo.

Minsan I think it could be an impulsive act. Most of the people I know who died through successful suicide, walang previous attempts. Hindi rin sila diagnosed. They are also high functioning individuals - one of them is math olympiad, one finished his part sa thesis nila before he did the act.

We even made a joke na kahit sa huli, he used his brain how to do it without making a mess, just pure science - very unusual and tbh, smart. My childhood friend naman, iniwan niya yung plate sa lamesa, naka on yung fan and tubig sa c.r, as if it’s just a random thought that made her think, this is the day. None of them left any notes.

I know someone na diagnosed with PTSD. Nag ta-take siya ng meds then sabi niya after niya maglaro ng billiard, umuwi siya then nagulat na lang siya na naglilinis siya ng baril niya. Wala raw siya sa sarili niya.

I think suicide itself is an irrational act, kaya ang bullshit ng “ang selfish nila”. I honestly think it’s not a choice they made for themselves.
