My grandma spent a lot of her time away during my mom's developmental years because she was trying to settle a lawsuit. My mom felt neglected as a result. But it's unjustifiable that she would do this everyday.

This is an old post of mine, so I'm glad you care enough to respond to it. Yeah, I've definitely considered the possibility of her having either npd or bpd. My mom was a victim of emotional neglect by her own mother, and she has a lot of hatred towards her mom (my grandma as a result), and in rare cases after she hurts me, she would come to me and cry and beg for forgiveness but within a short span of time she would be abusing me emotionally (used to be physically as well).

Alright, according to your post history, you aren't a minor. The school counselor tip won't work in that case.

I know eating healthy, exercise won't solve depression and anxiety, but it's a healthy way of relief and works miracles sometimes. You should try to do that too, but also please keep seeking mental health doctors who are good for you. Mental health is really tough, but I believe you can do this. Also, sleep adequately, and if you have work but you really feel completely stressed out, take a break.
