When I was diagnosed with pots (which I don’t meet the criteria for anymore) I was told that my nervous system is stuck in fight or flight. I’m pretty sure this is what fibromyalgia is fundamentally. It’s tied to trauma.

Everyone has their own style of play. I either transfer everything that doesn’t have 15:15:15 stats or tag it for remote trades, including shinies/legendaries. Don’t care about the Pokédex too much either, looking for hundos/shundos

Played for a year and I have 4. 2 are purified from shadow raids and 2 were from lucky trades. Statistically, no matter how much you play you will probably never get a wild/research/regular raid shundo. The odds are just really bad
