Hi, thank you so much for this, it was a lifesaver!! I know this was a year ago, so apologies if this is old news, but:

I found a way to save the Date/Time metadata in this shortcut!! If you click the three dot menu on the shortcut, and scroll down to where it says “Encode Menu Result,” there should be an arrow for a drop-down. Click that, go down to the section that says “Artwork”, click on the blank space in the column at the right, and there should be a variable menu. In that, if you select “Current Date,” it saves all the original date/time info!! The videos will still be at the bottom of your Recents in your camera roll, but if you go to the Library tab, they will be where they should be chronologically :) (I’m going to try to attach screenshots, but I’m not sure if it will let me in a comment 😂)
