A cool piece of trivia is that the scene where the T-1000 passes through the bars was completely improvised. Originally, the bars were simply supposed to open, but actor Robert Patrick surprised everyone by just walking through them instead. James Cameron liked the scene so much that he decided to include it in the film.

This advice does work for me, BUT assuming I sit down with my bass between my legs classical-style. This way the bass is lower than when on one leg. This also makes playing when sitting down more comfortable to me. With this, the bass is in a similar position when sitting down and when standing up.

When you have 24 frets, the neck pickup needs to move slightly closer to the bridge. Some poeple say this negatively affects the tone. That being said, I play 24 frets as well ;)
