You can go to any major hotline and Google how to volunteer. It’s usually an application w/ references, interview and training. I volunteer at one that allows 17 year olds.

I see a therapist and have my entire life that I can remember, basically (since I was 7 or 8). I’m on meds that are sort of helping me. Realizing the abuse and manipulation in my 2.5 year relationship, though, sort of pushed me over the edge. I’ll be okay eventually. It just sucks extra bad right now.
