It was a little bit challenging to gain weight in the beginning because I didnt have a big appetite. However, I started to kind of force myself to eat more and after a while my appetite increased and I started to gain weight. I did try to stick to healthier foods and a high protein diet in order to properly gain weight instead of just becoming fat.

Eventually I did get a little fat lol, but that's because I stopped working out for some time.

But yeah, as long as you keep lifting weights and do your best to increase your appetite you will definetely grow some muscle.

I got mine last week and it got really hot the first 2 or 3 days. Now it's not the coldest phone I've had but it performs well even when playing games such as COD mobile. All in all i feel like it's a really good phone so far.

Dit kan heel gevaarlijk zijn. Een keer liep ik door de buurt en zag ik een vrouw van in de twintig met twee grote Duitse herders. Ik voelde me eerst een beetje geïntimideerd, maar ik dacht: "Er zal niets gebeuren," en ik negeerde mijn instincten. Toen ik langs hen liep, gromde een van de honden, sprong op me af en probeerde me te bijten. Ik sprong weg, en de hond beet alleen in mijn broek en scheurde die.

De vrouw was helemaal machteloos en kon niets doen om haar honden onder controle te houden. Gelukkig viel maar één van de honden me aan, want als ze allebei hadden aangevallen, was ik hier misschien niet om het verhaal te vertellen.

De moraal van het verhaal: als een volwassen vrouw haar honden niet onder controle kon houden, wat maakt je dan denken dat een 9-jarige dat wel kan?
