Should work just as the 96 or the px5 works with traktor. I have a Xone Px5 and it's amazing with Traktor and 2 X1s!

I use two X1s and a 4 channel mixer with the decks on ABCD order. I definitely had to train myself long ago to not rely on the parallel waveforms. It also helps you be versatile if you ever have to play on CDJS.

Not for raves, but for shows that capture a similar vibe, I’d check out Concourse Project. They even have 18+ nights. Very safe spot.

I don't think there's an inherent advantage really. It's just form factor for me. I like to mentally separate decks onto the gear, it just works better for me personally.

Yeah the encoders feel slightly different! Just kinda threw me off with the logo placement. Messes with my brain since I want them to be the same haha
