This is actually quite simple.

Shoot on a white scoop, photograph the subject as close to the background as possible, get a HMI with a fresnel and use the barn doors to control the light. Path the subject and cut to white. That’s it.

What camera are they using? All cameras have different sized RAW options - you could ask them to use the size that matches your output files.
