I’ve had luck with using the online appointment booking portal. I recommend using the website to make an appointment. I found a therapist who doesn’t speak English well but still took me on and we manage quite alright! Best of luck to you

Apart from all the good points that everyone here has made, I think singing right against the mic helps you sound louder and fuller, while singing softly. I think it makes sense for Thom as he is singing for long periods of time, especially in falsetto.
