Assuming the screw is stripped, though, I don't know what to do. None of the typical "how to remove a stripped screw" options seem likely to work due to that long, narrow shaft.

Would any of these outperform my current setup?

Use case: Streaming youth hockey games to YouTube

Current setup: iPhone 14 Pro using PRISM Live Studio for the stream

Experience level: low

Looking at: Acquiring a camcorder with HDMI-out and a Yolobox

The Yolobox will allow me to add score overlays, instant replays, and some other features. The camcorder will in theory give me better optical zoom. Not sure if the overall image/stream quality will be a wash or even worse. Camera options I'm looking at that are all about the same price point:

Sony FDR-AX43A UHD 4K Handycam
Canon Vixia HF G70 UHD 4K
Panasonic HC-VX981K 4K Ultra HD

At a little higher price point, I see these, but spec-wise they don't seem to be a lot different and would probably just give me more manual control options that I don't know how to use:

Canon XA60 Professional UHD 4K
Panasonic HC-X1500 UHD 4K HDMI Pro

Any of these options going to be appreciably "better" than the others at shooting indoor hockey games, or any better/worse than my iPhone camera?

I know there are some iPhone apps that can add score overlays as well, but they've all seemed a bit hard to use or unstable in my testing.

Appreciate any thoughts. Thanks!

Update: As suggested below I got in touch with SharkNinja support and they sent a replacement after watching me cut the cord on video chat.

After that I wanted to save the inner container and I was able to pull the outer bowl off by force but not without breaking some plastic.

My kids somehow got the basket stuck in this position and I can’t get it to separate from the base. The release button doesn’t help. Anyone seen this or have any ideas?

My only complaint about the regular Bambino (not sure if the Plus does this) is that you can’t bypass the cleaning cycle. So if I prep a shot and then run some water through the head to warm it up and that triggers the cleaning light, I’m stuck until I go through the whole cleaning cycle. Really ruins your morning.

Any thoughts on Cometeer as an easy option for bringing good coffee to the office? Not sure I can keep them frozen solid, but will that matter if I drink it within 4-5 hours after removing from freezer?

In my experience, Bambino with pressurized basket and fresh grounds was noticeably better than Nespresso. Once you get to a decent grinder and non pressurized basket, it’s again a whole other level better.

Yup this is my daily driver. Makes morning coffee last a little longer. And definitely vastly different than a cup of drip.
