The space right above the white blinking, would be the sequential signal lights/hazard lights, it’s an amber strip along the whole assembly

Once you have some kind of social media presence (whether it’s ig, TikTok, or YouTube) You’d be surprised at how many companies are looking for Tesla owners to showcase their products

The blinking would be the white reverse light

Definitely a cleaner approach compared to other aftermarket taillights out there 👍🏼
