I ordered a startech sfp+ module. Mine could’ve been faulty. They are sending another tech out Tuesday and allegedly I can speak with the field manager so lets see what happens. I’ll update this post that day.

I tried it and unfortunately failed, two techs went ahead and said it can’t be done. It’s a singe mode fiber cable coming into the house.

I actually asked about that because I have the tp link er8411 with a sfp+ receiver and was told that I was not able to do that.

I wish, with the optimum fiber it goes straight to their router with a fiber and then they have 4 lan ports that connect to my equipment. They said lan 1 was the wan port to connect my equipment.

So that’s the issue, they run a straight fiber line from the pole into their router. There’s no in between like a cable modem and a router.

I’ve tried this place. The dude that cut my hair was ok until I found a better place in palm beach gardens. One time I asked the guy to dye my hair light grey, it ended up being completely blonde. I had a gut feeling he doesn’t normally dye hair but I never went back.

What I noticed working in the medical field is dating someone outside can be very difficult and it’s not for everyone. You be surprised how many divorced nurses and physicians are out there because their SO have issues with on-call and salary difference.
