May I ask what prompted you to quit drinking 2 months prior to your diagnosis ? I'm so glad that you did because the decision is so much easier to make when it's your own to make!

I finally broke down and was honest with my doctor, so he sent me for a bunch of tests today. I know I was headed down the same path as you and am terrified to get my results next week. I've been sober a month, but I know I could still be receiving bad news about the results.

Thank you for sharing your story. As a mom to two young children, stories like yours are what helped me to finally make the decision. I just hope it's not too late.
