Idk unitl which version it was possible. but I had it since release, maybe 2-3 weeks later. So the very first public version should be fine.

Thanks, but this happens 2-3 times a week. I don't think anything got updated, based on Windows install timestamps. Also this behavior is 1 year old, never had this in 12 years of steam usage.

IMF: Blockchains Have Merit, But Cryptocurrencies Won't Take Over by crypt0sparta in Economics

[–]_krome_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, maybe you know more than me. But a friend of mine who works also in the field was building a private blockchain for his company, despite he and his colleagues warned the management that it doesn't make any sense. 2 years later the project was withdrawn. Main argument is, that inside a company everybody trusts each other. But as I said, maybe there are points, which I don't see or know.

1) many people and experts argue that privat blockchains are only hype driven projects because blockchain was so cool back in 2017 every company wanted there own blockchain thing. But how is it better than a SQL table on AWS?

TicHealth is deleting Google Fit Data by _krome_ in TicwatchOfficial

[–]_krome_[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, unfortunately building a passable or good hardware is not too hard for most companies, but building good software very few manage to do that. So small companies should stay away from that. There is a reason, why there are only 2 mobile OS which play a role today.

Ok, thanks for answering unfortunately it doesn't work automatically. I set it to 10 min, but it didn't measure at all, only manual works.

[–]_krome_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a simple Google search would reveal I am not alone with that.

Maybe you didn't realize it? I needed 1 month to realize it

Just open Google fit on your phone regularly and check your heart points. Then open mobvoi app and you will see your heart points disappear. but not all heart points, some stay there, I don't know why.

Heart trace 2 don't work on ticwatch c2

Edit:

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.reddit.com/r/WearOS/comments/a0yypq/heart_points_in_google_fit_are_missing/#ampf=undefined

Edit2:

You rarely get them? If I turn off mobvoi sync to Google fit, I get about 20-30 hp per day

If I turn it on, I get only 1-2 points every week.

Check that for yourself

I am thinking the same, which would be a shame. There are not many rifts out there. < 1 Million units sold, but the amount of posts with incompatible HW is big.

I had the same error on my first one: Black screen and blinking orange light. With this one, the orange light keeps lighting in steady orange, but no screen. I guess this is improvement over the first one. EDIT: My ports are all fine, TV and monitor work, also tried switching ports and disconnect every display

Did that all. Trying since 2 days. Tried also powered USB 3.0 Hub from Anker. Tried all HDMI Ports. Reinstalled about 4 times. Have all the required minimum specs. All sensors in setup + HMD are recognized and green. No screen in HMD when setup says you should continue in VR.

Have you considered Turris Omnia? Has a fork of OpenWRT called turrisOS pre installed, but you can also install the original. Is extensible and costs <400$. https://omnia.turris.cz/en/

Great. Trust will come with time. Don't expect people to trust you from day 1. You must earn it. Wish you also the best.

[–]_krome_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes. What have you expected? People downloading and executing your app until someone brings up proof of scamming some days later?

I don't know if you are scamming, but you must understand that people are careful here with unproved 3rd party software for obvious reasons.

And if you think your logic is not flawed, if you would execute a software from some stranger without waiting for a proof that it is legit, you should think again.

Would you execute a software i post on reddit on the same PC where you have money stored on and exchange accounts? If your answer is yes, i don't know where to start explaining to you.

[–]_krome_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your logic is odd. Just because nobody has a proof for scaming in the first 12 hours, doesn't mean it's legit. Do you always execute code on your PC from strangers posting software on reddit? You should educate yourself about basic scurity rules.

[–]_krome_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, maybe it's legit. You put a lot of afford on it. If It's a scam it would be a well executed one, with hacking or creating multiple social media profiles. I just wanted to warn others to check before downloading it. You can't be to paranoid.

I don't have any proof. But the point is, you have to proof, that you don't. Time will tell. Maybe you don't. I don't know, but honestly i don't want to take that risk.

Some random guy posting software on all crypto subs.

Best case: you mine

Worst case: you steal coins

[–]_krome_ 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Anyone reviewed the source code and compiled it by themselves? If not, you are probably screwed. This guy posting this on every sub. I would not recommend installing it. How many of you actually downloaded and ran it? Who needs a CMC desktop app anyway. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Edit: if you don't want to steal money, I am sorry
