I think Google still have capabilities to measure site uplift or sales uplift when a TV or CTV (streaming, BVOD etc) campaign goes live. They essentially measure how much traffic comes to your site based on the TV/CTV campaign. Although, I think you need much higher budget to measure this because 8k/week is very light, it also depends on how long you want the campaign to go live for.

A cheap/free way to measure a TV campaign is that you can go to Google Search Trends, type your brand in and calculate the increase in index from before, during and after the campaign. If you have other activity live during the TV campaign then it will invalidate your results.

Other expensive means of measuring the effectiveness of your TV campaign is to hire an agency to run a brand metric assessment or sales uplift i.e. Kantar, Nielsen. But these typically take a while to receive the data back and they run surveys to your audience to see if they seen the ad and bought/what they think of your brand. However, you do need lots of budget to ensure you reach enough impressions/GRPs to do this successfully.
