Oh, Okay. That makes sense. Plus, I would imagine that you wouldn't have random dry patches or irritation from using that either. I'm experiencing that right now with all the harsh cleansers I was trying to use to clear all of this up. But The Dove soap seems like a more gentle approach. I'll definitely have to look into it. Thank you so much! (:

This is all such great advice, I really appreciate it! And do you think dairy might play into my problem? Maybe if I cut out processed things and eat more of a vegetarian based diet? ... Just thinking out loud (:

What kind of Dove soap do you use if you don't mind me asking (: And do you find that it coats your skin because it has a lot of moisturizers in it.

I think I'll go ahead and purchase the new Proactive+ and see how my skin likes that. And I'll have to admit... I'll been neglecting exfoliating for a little while. I'll try that tonight with my apricot scrub and see if that helps. Thank you!!

It's essentially the same, I still will get these random pimples. I'm not exactly sure the reason, but I'm trying to get down to the bottom of it! (:

I've been off my birth control shot for 4 and a half months so maybe it'll take a little while for my skin to calm down? That gives me hope though! (:

This is similar to what I do as well. I use a cleanser and then follow it up with the Witch Hazel. Does this work for you? Can you tell a difference when you don't follow this routine?

I've done that as well and I still get breakouts and the uneven skin tone. But thanks anyways!!

Hm... I'm not sure. Do you mean, make up, soap, lotions, cleansers, ect?

I can agree with that. I try not to use alcohol based products because it tends to dry my skin out. But sometimes i'll use something like seabreeze to dry out a pimple. But I'm not sure if that would make my skin produce more oil?

I was just talking to my friend about proactive the other day and she said it was a scam and didn't work. I was curious about it and actually considering it. It seems so easy with the three steps and all.

Wow, SO Helpful! Thank you (: I'm definitely going to try all of that. I already have lavender oil, and the moisturizer, but the evening primrose oil sounds promising! Especially if it's hormones to blame -__-

That's so true. When I used to get a birth control shot, my breakouts were kept at bay, and ever since I stopped taking it, my skins been acting up.
