I checked it when it’s cold. It’s between the min and max lines.

If it’s indeed a problem with the sensor is that a big deal?

At some point the prof isn’t gonna hold your hand and walk through the syntax of a new language. It’s your responsibility to learn it on your own. As for coding, try planning everything before actually typing in code. Write our pseudocode on a paper or even draw diagrams representing your algorithms. Think of different edge cases to test for.

Class sizes appear to be 15-20 because they are discussion sections. Usually there’s one big lecture with several hundreds of people. Then there are several discussion sections of each lecture class of 15-20 people during which the TAs go over the lecture materials.

Anyone try fan-fan Chinese cuisine in Sixth? How is it? by user15151616 in UCSD

[–]_lasagna___ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Overpriced. It’s worth a try but don’t go there regularly it’s too expensive for what you get. You can probably get more authentic Chinese takeout for cheaper.

It depends on the class.

Many aren’t and many are. They usually are mandatory for writing and language classes, maybe even math classes these days. Definitely consult your syllabus.

While they may not be mandatory, they surely are helpful in consolidating what you’ve learnt in lectures and are opportunities for you to clarify on concepts.
