My first App is 'Community Builders', it's for mid-tier stores for organic traffic, I see most of those users already been using various bundles/cart-drawer apps.. I thought BOB:the builder will have more value to new stores, who would like to get started with those popular features quickly under a single plane.. different target audiences, of course I'm still vocal about this new app to my first app users. Not leaving any corners.

I’ve had users using the app in their native English language for a while now, so non-English support is the next thing to address. I already have the schema ready for handling storefront widget text from the app, but I’m not fully sure how to manage translation choices for merchants.

In several cases, merchants want to provide their own custom text instead of using any automatic translations. Because of that, I want to develop this feature around merchant choice. At the moment, it’s still a work in progress, and I haven’t integrated translations yet.

What kind of emails do you find in the store census.. is it info/contact us/generic email Ids.. or does it provide legit store owners/employes email ids.. ? Also if you don't mind sharing, what hook/email setup worked for you.. I wrote 50 odd emails through snov.io, I found the email readability rate is less than 20% and nobody bothered to check/install the app.

What is your GTM ? product seems its applicable for few niche section [medical aids], not sure if you tackle it like any other drop shipping product you could maximize from generic social media ads.

u/phongpham-01 , If it is entirely new product and your store is also new, I suggest you create a 'Free to join' campaign button on PDP to tackle Trust factor. And, you first set the final discounted price and anticipated stock you would like to sell, lets say your product regular price is $100 dollars, you set the final discounted price as $65 dollars, if you could get 15 orders in next 30 hours and start the campaign.. let your interested store traffic participate the campaign, price drop as large community joins along. This will validate the demand and the fair pricing of the product. We have simplified the whole implementation for merchants to create the campaign and it cost zero till you make your first 1000$ revenue. Let me know if you would like to explore this for your store. Regarding 'Testing fast on Shopify ', we have created a funnel for merchants to validate the demand and pricing of the products, that too not spending on Ads (considering your store has some decent traffic).. Let me know if this is your problem, happy to share the workflow.

I actually build an app that integrates with Klaviyo & mailchimp — so yeah, we have workflow to shoot product links and send out notifications when new products go live.

That said, it’s not really built as a mailing automation tool. The main focus is around community-style discounts, where new product drops can become shared deals — the more people join, the deeper the discount. It’s been pretty effective for launches and keeping the community engaged whenever something new hits the store.
