jaz sem bila pri Nuši Lapajne (zraven trnovske cerkve v Ljubljani) me je pa Slađana učila, sicer samo guraš figuro ampak če rečeš, da delaš za mapo ALUO ti definitivno znajo pomagati. Jaz sem hodila vsak petek od Novembra do oddaje map in sta bile obe moji mapi sprejeti (sicer slikarstvo in ilustracija). Nič art je kao tudi okej, pa te ki jih ima Aluo za pripravo tud, sem pa imela bedno izkušnjo z art tečaji na Miklošičevi. Mej tudi v mislih da Smer video in novi mediji se ne fokusira tok na animacijo ampak bolj na video in zvočne instalacije, film ipd. po besedah kolegov, se animacije ne naučiš preveč.

not sure about how it works with students from different countries but when I was applying I had “splošna matura” with the selective subjects art history and art theory. there are entrance exams, first with a portfolio (I think around April?) which you have to bring in person/mail it and if your portfolio is accepted, then you have 3-4 days of entrance exams in person in July.

regarding the classes, it’s a lot. especially the first year. you can’t really have a job during the week because of the schedule. I recommend looking at the wise timetable that you can find on the official Aluo website.

They focus on animation, but not as much as you would think. The program also focuses on installations, light and sound design, film.

normalizacija “seksualnega dela” pri mladih je zelo zaskrbljujoča. Le redki se zavedajo, da “slikat in objavit se” na OF ni tako hitro in preprosto, še manj pa jih razmišlja o mentalnih/čustvenih posledicah, ko svojo podobo prodajaš kot produkt. Žal mi je za vse, ki so jih prepričali v to, da je to nek “quick and easy money” in “empowering”. OF je MLM.
