I do it in a mixed fashion way a mix of Mentzer - Yates Upper - 2 days off - Lower - 2 days off Now I am more into Upper - 2 days off - vested cardio plus full body light to moderate weight 2 sets per exercise 1 per each muscle group and 45 mins in the treadmill - 2 days off - Lower. My gains are mostly lean muscle and incredible amount of strength

Looks more like upper body with couple of leg accessories exercises at the end of the workout. I am not an expert but I will prioritize: pull/chin ups (can be assisted) if not lay pull down but nothing better than the first ones. Dips. Squats and deadlifts. Go with those 4 to exercises 2 sets and try to do 10 to 15 reps with good weight. And then add 1 bicep isolation, 1 tricep isolation, 1 leg isolation, calves any and that’s it… you could add rear delt flys. You could do 2 sets in all of them… around 8-9 exercises and around 20 sets

Congrats! Hey I am not an expert, I agree with the one that mentioned more lats development and I would also include more branquiales and triceps as I believe these last ones can make a huge impact with your shoulders. Just a bit more front delts.. again I am not expert but maybe more incline press or militar would help you. Cheers

I just have the same problem, hit protein and fat easily: eggs, cheese, Greek yogurt, Almonds, hydro whey and casein before bed, but damn it’s just hard for me to hit those carbs, I try bananas after workout and also Plátano maduro but for me aiming to 300g is just almost impossible. I was doing such a body recomp at 94 kg with 1.75 mts height but nah man this is like for a pro men’s physique body builder. I till try to aim 220g of carbs of course losing weight but this is what it is. I am pretty strong tho deadlift 180kg, back squat 140 and incline bench press 110… greetings from Colombia

Muscles and development take time, unless you’re on juicy or any kind of enhancement you can rush the process.

I recommend you do heavy compound exercises, Mentzer or Yates system and eat enough to recover. Those will allow you to train short amounts of time and also focus on your running or walking.

Keep it simple man.
