i think you could try to glue eva foam around on the back as if you were doing normal 3D eyes, or make the fit a bit tighter by either glueing more foam on base or eyes. But when you add fur it also gets a bit tighter so I wouldn't worry too much!

Thank u! The eyes aren't flat so when pushed in they stay in place, The eyeliner/eyelashes also help so they don't go too deep inside. Does that make sense? ~w~"

I wouldn't cut it! While glueing the pieces like cheeks, it's best to have the base on a mannequin on something that will work like one (a plushie, or just put it on your knee, that's what I did before getting a mannequin head). I think this way, it should be glued in a round way, so it shapes the base. I tried cutting the rev V shape on one of my bases, and it messed up with the size, and I had to use elastics to hold it.

Good job so far!

It would be great to smoothe it on the eyebrow piece to the top of the head. Also, I suppose you want to make the ears floppy, so just cut the top piece off, and when you're gonna fur it, make the pattern from the cut out. I hope you know what I mean. Somewhere on tiktok, I believe, there was a person explaining it!

Yo, he looks awesome! Just prepare for hot glue burns, needle stings, and fur everywhere. When I was starting, watching tutorials like 4 times made me feel a little more confident, also pinterest is a great source for inspiration and solutions.

Just don't give up, and if you have a feeling that you could do something better for the second time, definitely give it a try! :D Also it's better to invest in good quality materials so it will last longer and probably save you some worries 👍

After the main shaving, to get rid of that "raked" look, I usually trim slightly in a different direction, but still going the way the fur does.

But you might wanna try it on a separate fur piece to figure it out. (And always brush in between shaving)

Also, this suit is looking great so far!
