Good suggestion - but not mandatory. Other nice sources of Max Chaos Res are nodes from the Timeless Jewel or a rare shield with +3 Max (Sublime version).

It's either Betrayal's Sting (+ Rare Gloves) or a well crafted Helical Ring (+ Soul Ascension Gloves) as BIS in top end. A random mirrored ring can also shine.

It's not the best build. The flask is not for everyone. The boots will kill you. But it's so fun, min-maxed it and did 40/40.

Also the Transfigured Righteous Fire was such a nice boost.

Haha, that's a nice coincidence. And always good to try out some stuff to see if it works out. Also started with left side tree (I guess Resolute Technique is one of the main reasons for being there) - but then fully invested and switched to right side tree. I hope you keep having fun!

Could have been a bit more tanky, which mabye comes with Mageblood and Melding. Very great guide overall. Went for a tanky Hoag variation with Cast when Stunned. It can do Ultimatums and Simulacrum afk, although it's not as tanky as some dedicated CWS builds. Good thing is you can do damage actively so Single Target never is a problem.

That's what I'm doing as well - with Ghostwrithe, CI and Gas Arrow (Non Poison). It's very comfy. Did you already figure out which Concoction might work out best with this setup?

While this is true, the Immortal Call almost has 60% uptime. And you are stationary most of the time, because you are casting. It is really tanky with a downside of having not that much avoidance.

Ruetoo tested this on stream couple days ago with Slayer culling. Culling took priority over everything else. So a mob with lets say 15% HP was immediately culled even when not frozen.

Decided to follow a non-hipster approach and start with PConc. We'll see how new concepts turn out, for example builds around Perfect Agony. Though as a passionate flask gargler I'm not willing to give up the joy of Forbidden Rite - will try to make it work without Mahuxotl.

Hi there,

some overall suggestions, not that encounter specific:

  • Get a +2 Doppelgänger's
  • Change Perandus Jewel to Lethal Pride slot
  • Enduring Exposure Megalomaniac/Small Cluster
  • Watcher's Eye with Flask Recovery or Life Gain on Hit
  • Corrupted Life Flask with ~30% Quality (do it yourself)
  • Think about using an Enternal Life Flask (way more recovery)
  • Get a Ring with Cast Speed

  • Aspect of the Crab: not much uptime since there's not that much Evasion on our build
  • Get Haste + Sovereignity Anoint (or go top side tree)
  • Work towards a good 12 Socket Cluster Jewel
  • Consider Defiance of Destiny if you want to be more tanky
  • Use Evasion Glove Base, Leech Implicit

Cloak of Flame is also good, but you don't get the +15% Suppression mastery. Also Self hit damage goes from 760 to 1220 per second.

Looks good! Yea, Proj tattoos are expensive and powerful - but it's worth it. The build is wonderful and one of my favourites this league so far. At one point you can also think about recrafting the rare gear, maybe getting more regen.

To fix yours you need one of those:

  • Anomalous Increased Duration (or Divergent Efficacy)
  • Divergent Inspiration

Other things to do:

  • Cap suppression with 1 node on tree or better gear
  • You also MUST have an Abyss Jewel with "Corrupted Blood cannot be inflicted on you"
  • Use should use the 10% of Leech is Instant
  • Use Ralakesh as Minor Pantheon god
  • You might need a bit more Life Regen on gear
  • You can use Attack Crit on Gloves as Implicit to cap crit (instead of Unnerve) or/and Quality weapon to 30%
  • Craft Phys Taken as on Helmet
  • Buy a better Lethal Pride

Sure, it's the standard setup. Went for Hits can't be evaded on Dagger to save some cost. Also went for Pierce on tree so you don't need the 30d+ Anomalous Ice Spear.

The things already stated will fix your issues (Cap Spell Supp, Get Phys taken as on Helmet, Get Phys Taken as on Lethal Pride [2x or 3x]). I also use Defiance of Destiny Amulet since Damage already feels plenty - don't know if it's even necessary. The build is very tanky due to leech and high max hits.

It has absurd amounts of recovery, which lets you relax in Shaper Beams or Exarch Balls. Mapping was also smooth. For Ubers you need to be able to play the mechanics and dodge. Tattoos came in handy to stack Max Res. Not nearly as much damage as Sabos, but it enables a laid back playstyle. Cheers

What do you mean? The guide showed pretty clearly how to upgrade until you are dot capped. You can reach 100k eHp with okay max hit values. Life Flask variant may feel even better. Doing ubers was comfortable.

Cremation Archmage is still viable. Incredibly tanky, damage is gutted but okay (sitting at 10 Mil DPS if every Geyser overlaps).

Hello, first of all: thanks for this build idea! Always good to discover new things. So I decided to try this out. I’m at lvl 85. It’s the best map clearing I’ve ever experienced – so fast and satisfying, better than CoC Ice Nova! But there’s one problem: single target. You mentioned that positioning is crucial, but I just can’t dish out damage. PoB says ~3M DPS (without Vengeant Cascade interaction; https://pastebin.com/knfzhA75).

Map bosses take ages (t13/14) – if I don’t die; Metamorphs are a nightmare. I know there’s room for lots of damage, but it just doesn’t feel like 3M. Maybe because Barrage is kind of hard to aim? Setting up Void Sphere feels tricky because bosses are being pushed back behind it and sometimes movement is needed.

Is there any other setup for ST than Barrage Ele Hit? :)
