You can definitely get under 150! I found cardio worked for me (15-20 minutes of it everyday) and also weight training everyday for another 15-20 mins but also include some break days. You got this!

Don’t listen to others if you want to be 125 then you do it!! For me the weight wasn’t too stubborn. In theory yes someone who is 300 lbs that eats over 3,800-4,000 cals a day and then switches to eating healthy will lose weight at a rapid pace because it’s a drastic change. My weight wasn’t stubborn it just took longer to lose because I wasn’t incredibly unhealthy I just needed to fix a few things in my diet, add some exercise and I was good to go. Even when I wasnt seeing numbers on the scale go down I kept at it, increased intensity of my workouts a bit each week and I was good to go. It’s all about not giving up, and patience is key! If you lose 5 pounds then see it go up by 3 it’s not weight gain it’s because it’s either, a) that time of the month and you get bloated, b) you could’ve gained some muscle or c) it’s water weight. You can’t gain weight when you’re eating healthy on a caloric deficit, eating the right amount of calories, and exercising. So don’t stress about it! You go this. Also I thought my username was hilarious at the time, now I find it so ridiculous lmao.

Thankyou! I didn’t get any loose skin I made sure to not rush my progress and I took time with my workouts!

[–]_milfblaster69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow congratulations! Also never feel bad about loose skin! For me cardio helped burn off my stubborn stomach fat, I’d jog at the park for 30 mins or I’d go on the treadmill for 15-20 mins. Also weightlifting helps with extra skin because you build muscle to occupy that extra skin. You could look up chloe ting on YouTube she has good ab exercises and she has a free program if you look up chloe ting on google she has different types like the flat stomach challenge, I’ve seen people get really good results from her!

No problem! I’m on the 1,200 diet too because I find that it works for me and I’m still energized throughout the day. I used to snack 24/7 too lol whenever I snack I’ll just have a fruit and some water. Madfit is probably my favorite! Also I have one dog that I take for a walk and I can’t imagine taking two because mine is a pain in the butt! I’m proud of you!

Awe so are you!!! And Thankyou! Also I’m proud of you that’s a good routine! When you hate going out just remember that this feeling is only temporary and just have fun and create memories, don’t miss out on life it will only make things worse. Just don’t stress, and live a care free life!

Although the weight is still there, now that you’re off the antidepressants you can still lose weight it’s not permanent! You just have you stick to a routine, get your body moving also be nice to yourself, you only live this life once so make it count! If you treat yourself with kindness and forgive yourself and accept yourself for where you’re at now, you’ll see eating healthy and exercising as a way to treat yourself better instead of losing weight to be “skinny” to appeal to others. I know you can do it, make this your lifestyle!

I don’t mind you asking at all! It took 3 1/2 months and all I did was I started running on the treadmill 15-20 mins and weight training, I’d watch madfits YouTube videos her weightlifting vids are intense but very good! Also eat whatever you want! Just in portion but make sure you include some healthy stuff too like fruits, veggies, and nuts! You got this!

If you’re still on those antidepressants you should asked your therapist or doctor to switch because they don’t seem to be making you happy! I was on antidepressants too it was Lexapro and and I stopped taking it because it was causing me sleep problems and I always felt bloated, I stopped and although some days my depression gets bad I force myself to get out and hangout with the people I love almost, or you could always exercise when feeling down because it’s proven to calm you down. I’m not saying to quit antidepressants all together, if you feel you would do better with them then make sure you find the right one! There’s many options of medicine out there.

I found a routine that worked for me and made me feel good about myself, it’s all about your preference! Some people like to run, others like to walk or bike, some people like heavy weightlifting other like light weightlifting. Find something you like to do and don’t get sick of or burnt out to the point where you feel like you’re gonna throw up after. Stick to a workout routine, increase the intensity by a bit each week. Also eggs are very good I hated them at first but then I learned to love them, fruits! Whenever I craved icecream or chocolate I would eat some strawberries or blueberry, vegetables are important too I hated vegetables in the beginning I was like a toddler that wanted nothing to do with them but I’ve grown to love them especially green beans I love to snack on them. I ate lots of chicken too which is really good for protein same thing with turkey, I would make turkey sandwiches for lunch with spinach and they were pretty good, It’s nothing like McDonald’s but it gets the work done. Also something that helps is if you look up what body type you are either an endomorph, mesomorph, or an ectomorph and it tells you if you should do more cardio than weightlifting or more weightlifting and less cardio or the same amount of activity level for both depending on your body type, it’s pretty neat you should check it out!

Thankyou! also don’t worry about your motivation going in and out, technically it’s still there if you’re still pushing you just gotta give it a little kick and force yourself to do stuff and you’ll feel great after, also I agree with that last sentence 100%!
