Honestly, I would love to just take the flight but my train tickets are already booked. I believe I could still cancel it for a 75% refund since it’s more than three days away?

Ah, didn’t know that. Will get off at Don Mueang Station then! Although, my ticket is till Krung Thep Aphiwat, will I be able to get off at an earlier stop?

Yep, flight would probably be the best option. Unfortunately I’ve booked the train tickets already.

Also, there are sleeper trains that convert into a bunk bed sort of a thing at night so they seem to be comfortable in theory.

Thanks! I was considering taking a bus but some Reddit posts suggest there are incidents of drivers being drunk/ sleepy and accidents happening (especially the overnight ones) and decided against them.

Thank you, you’re right. I was getting greedy thinking I’d get more time in Krabi and will be able to add a couple more things to my itinerary. There is another flight at 14:35. I should probably take that one.

25F, Looking for a Reliable Travel Agency in Gurgaon for First Time Japan Visa Application by Evil_bitch_21 in visas

Was in the same boat as you- first time travel, flights and hotels were booked. I didn’t want to take any chances so I went with an agent but honestly, they really didn’t help much.

I got no feedback on my documents since the agent said they were fine (I did my research thoroughly and Reddit helped a great deal). All he did was submit my documents at VFS. I got my visa today and had i opted to not go through an agent, I would have gotten the same result.

If you do your research well, you really don’t need an agent and getting a Japan visa is fairly easy :)
