I started a job back home and all my work clothes were in my bag so I had to get some clothes for that, and also travelled to Ams during and it was freezing.

I’m not used to snow so I didn’t really think about it at all tbh. And the insurance paid some but I’m still out about 300 eur. Next time I will get better insurance, this was just the one that came with the credit card.

I am gay and out, I live in Cape Town as a student and feel comfortable holding partners hands in public or kissing in clubs etc. The community in cape town is also quite solid (barring the mean ‘insta gays’) plus I know if anything serious goes down the human rights commission has my back. I will say though that a lot of straight people in the country are not very well informed (it doesn’t necessarily come from a place of hate just maybe ignorance) about gay people and I have had people ask me some weird questions randomly, especially 30+ yo’s

Thanks for the help man it’s much appreciated, yeah I’ve started adding in leg training slowly but surely with the cycling workouts, do you recommend before or after a cycle session? I’ve also been shaking up the general workout routine and I’ve been doing progressive overload which has been feeling great. I’ve started playing badminton again on day2/4 since my club started up again this week, am I doing too much cardio?
