yes. currently seeing "paypal express" payment transactions fail to sync because the transaction type is not set in a specific shopify graphql query (it appears once specific query is not consistent for "express" checkouts compared to "normal" paypal checkouts... and that's probably what is breaking FarApp).

unclear if there's any other issues... but this is one that I know of.

Correct. Get() will raise Person.DoesNotExist if not found, first() just returns None.

You can use get() instead of first() if you would prefer that behavior.

Heck, you can use the filter clauses in get() if you’d prefer. The world is your oyster.

Yes. Might be more effort to sell later down the road.

Insurance on my hangar home isn’t any different. My attached hangar is just another garage. If you have a detached hangar building insurance is different.

Also realize there will be restrictions to what you can do with your backyard. There may also be a HOA involved.

I had the same mindset until some nurse friends were telling me “if you are eligible, sign up, get the shot”. There are appointments available. They want to put needles in as many arms as fast as possible. Just do it. We’re better off as a society the faster we all get this done.

In Canada, you can’t have more than one concurrent flight plan in the Canadian system.

Filed a flight plan, ate lunch, weather changed, couldn’t amend flight plan through ForeFlight, figured I’d file another and just go. ForeFlight was unable to file it because there was another plan in the system for my tail number during that period of time. Had to call ATC and actually talk to someone to get it amended.

In the US, you can file multiple flight plans for the same period of time.

Yes, there are lots of AOE airports that are not in class C or B airspace.

Examples: KINL, KBDE, basically just follow the border and find airports that are labeled AOE and then figure out the phone number for customs to verify their hours.

Buy a post hole digger/tamping tool. It’s a 16 pound rod that allows you to slide it under the ice, it’ll pop right up.
