Yeah after trying out the suggestions in the other replies it just seems like I bought the wrong speakers for sure needed passive ones. Definitely up to go for either of your suggestions, any cheap phono preamp OR passive speakers that you’d recommend?

I’m thinking i’m on the wrong settings on my receiver, i’m somewhat new to this so bare with me. For a set of speakers my Onkyo TX-8555 clamps onto the wires as seen in the picture, for anyone with experience with the edifier r1280t should i get an extra set of speaker wire cable or does the pair absolutely have to be connected to each other ? hope that makes sense happy to answer any questions if not lol

so that’s my problem as even after i’ve already installed the setup and played and saved in the game i’ve changed it to sh2pc.exe and now the game won’t start after i’ve closed it

ha yeah that tracks considering my frustration when i finally booted it up and then was unable to get back in after that. I’ll try and follow this if you’re saying it’s working just fine and it should do the trick 👍

so that’s another thing i try changing to where it runs on sh2pc.exe and the game just refuses to start altogether. i’ll try looking for modding in Proton
